Kumon Bandar Puteri Puchong in Selangor is an after-school enrichment programme offering mathematics and English language classes for children.

With the Kumon Method, students study independently from an early age and develop both a high level of academic ability and the ability to learn independently, or what we at Kumon refer to as “self-learning” ability. As a result, after children who have done Kumon grow up and enter the workforce, they are able to think of solutions by themselves even when faced with difficult challenges. Available Programmes at Kumon

1. Mathematics Programme

Kumon Math Programme will help build and advance your child’s Math skills, for an advantage in school and beyond.  Daily Kumon Math Worksheets will take about 30 minutes to complete in two sessions a week at Kumon Center, and then another five assignments to be completed at home. Your child will work at his or her own pace, mastering each new concept before moving on. With each worksheet, you'll find that your child is able to master important math skills progressively. Many Kumon parents ultimately find their children mastering concepts that put them grade levels ahead of their peers.

2. English Programme

Kumon English Programme is designed to build the critical reading skills that will help your child develop a lifelong love of reading - and a solid foundation for academic success. Daily Reading Worksheets will take about 30 minutes to complete in two sessions a week at Kumon Center, and then another five assignments to be completed at home. Your child will work at his or her own pace, mastering each new reading concept before moving on. With each worksheet, your child's overall reading and writing skills will advance incrementally. Many Kumon parents ultimately find their children mastering concepts that put them grade levels ahead of their peers.
