Who can register an account?
To register for an Edu Reviews Account you must be an individual at least 16 years old or an education institution. Users below the age of 16 will require parental consent before creating an account and using our Services in compliance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and any other national privacy laws and regulations in our jurisdiction.
Why are multiple accounts required?
The Edu Reviews Platform has two separate Account Types, one for the School Listing Platform and another for our Enrichment Ecommerce Platform as they require different details and verification checks. For example you may need to provide payment details on the Enrichment Ecommerce Platform to purchase products and services offered by our Vendors. You will need to re-register and create separate Accounts if you would like to access both Platforms. You may use the same email address if you wish to do so.
How long does it take for my account to be verified and approved?
Our team aims to verify and approve your account as quickly as possible. For Users below the age of 16, additional documents will be required to prove parental consent for use of the Edu Reviews Account. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is approved and activated.
What should I do if I cannot sign in to my account or have lost my username and password?
You may click “forget password” and follow the steps accordingly. If you still encounter problem retrieving them, kindly email us at hello@edureviews.com
How do I submit a review?
You will need to register an account in order to write and submit a review. All reviews are subject to approval from Edu Reviews before being published.
Can the reviews be posted anonymously?
Members can choose to submit a review showing their name or post an anonymous review. Members will need to select a relationship to the education institution they are reviewing such as parent, teacher, alumni etc.
Why isn’t my review posted on your website?
Edu Reviews screens all reviews before approving and publishing it on our Platform as we need to ensure that the content complies with our Review Policy and Guidelines. You will not be notified when your review is approved and published.
What happens after I submit an enquiry on your website?

How does Enrolment Counselling work?
An education counsellor will be assigned to you which can help you through the admissions and enrolment process of your education journey. They can provide you with reliable school recommendations based on your preferences, budget, and priorities.
How does Visa Advice work?
Our education counsellor will be able to provide you with advice on the latest visa requirements, procedures and documentation to help you make an informed decision. Please note that Edu Reviews is not a visa agent and will not be able to submit visa applications on your behalf.
What welcome gifts do I get if my child enrols with an Edu Reviews partner school?
It depends on promotional periods and individual schools as well. It may be in the form of cash rebates, discount vouchers, merchandise and more. Do check with our team at hello@edureviews.com at the point of time when you wish to enrol your child.
Are there any charges for your services?
All our services including enrolment counselling, school recommendations and visa advice are free of charge.
What happens after my purchase on the Enrichment Ecommerce platform?
After paying via our payment gateway, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the products or services paid for via the Enrichment Ecommerce Platform. You can print this confirmation email together with any redemption voucher attachments included in the email and bring it to the respective Vendor for redemption.
When can I use/redeem the services purchased on the Enrichment Ecommerce Platform?
Services provided on the Edu Reviews Enrichment Ecommerce Platform will have a validity period to redeem the Service purchased set by the respective Vendors, after which the Services purchased may not be honoured by the Vendor. In many cases, the Member will need to contact the Vendor to arrange a suitable date and time to redeem the purchased Services.
How do I cancel an Order?
Members can cancel an Order pursuant to the Cancellation and Refund Policy set by the Vendor, and Edu Reviews will refund the amount of the Total Service Fees due to the Members in accordance with such Cancellation and Refund Policy. If no Cancellation and Refund Policy has been set by the Vendor, the Order will default to the Edu Reviews Cancellation and Refund Policy which states that Members can cancel an Order at any time within 7 days of the Order Transaction Date or a minimum of three days before the Order Fulfilment Date mutually agreed between the Member and Vendor, whichever date is earliest. Failing which, no refund is due to the Member except for when the Vendor cancels the Order for any reason. “Order Fulfilment Date” means the date that the Member and Vendor mutually agrees to fulfil the Order paid for by the Members.
What if a Vendor cancels the Order?
If a Vendor cancels an Order before the Order Fulfilment Date, the Member will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the Order’s Total Service Fees.
