Touch Learning English Centre is an Authorized Education Centre specializing in English Teaching since its establishment in 2010. With the recognition from MOE & HRDF Malaysia, this course is suitable for ages 13 to 60, where classes will be split according to the learner’s level of proficiency from Beginners to Advanced (IELTS) Levels which the focus falls on the use of English in day to day life.

Touch Learning 英语中心成立于2010 年，是一所专业的英语培训机构。在马来西亚教育部和HRDF的认可下，此课程适合13至60岁年龄层的学员。根据学员的英语程度，课程将根据初学者到高级（IELTS）的水平进行划分，针对英语沟通的运用作为学习重点。

Classes are flexible between Tuesdays to Sundays and learners are able to choose their time of convenience for classes.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption Period: 30 days from the date of purchase

2. Valid For: First Time Customers Only

3. Valid Redemption Days & Time: During Centre Operating Hours

4. Redemption Availability: Reservation Required and Subject to Availability

5. Reservation Procedure: Please WhatsApp the specific branch to make an appointment with a minimum of 3 days in advance. Present printed or emailed Edu Reviews Order voucher to redeem purchase at the centre at the reserved time.

7. Cancellation Policy: As Per Edu Reviews Terms of Service

ER Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel an Order at any time within 7 days of the Order Transaction Date or a minimum of three days before the Order Fulfilment Date mutually agreed between the Member and Vendor, whichever date is earliest. Failing which, no refund is due to the Member except for when the Vendor cancels the order for any reason.
