First of all I saw this place from Facebook..and I become so excited because its look so realistic. Then I make a decision to bring my little sister last weekend and everything was so fun..this actually suitable for adults and kids.

Sorry not a quite satisfying experience for our family during this visit. We understand some games need to close due to covid but on our visit, the tickets were all sold out and we could expect full house. However, we were disappointed because kidzania couldn’t handle the long queue for some popular games. My son ended up couldn’t play tealive because the attendant named fatin didn’t inform us beforehand that the child queueing in front was the last person. Plus, some attendants were quite slow in servicing the children during play. Hope kidzania could benchmark legoland on their SOP and hospitality for example any distancing was enforced upon family not individuals.
