Sri Tenby Private School Penang

Sri Tenby started in 1981 (commenced as Sekolah Sri Inai) and currently caters for students in the Malaysian National Curriculum for students of ages 7 to 17. We were the first private school in Penang state. Sri Tenby has a strong history and in line with the school mission of “ A United World At Peace” we inspire, support and nurture our multi-cultural students to be well-educated and empathetic global citizens.
We are a community of learners working together to prepare our students for tomorrow’s world by building a solid foundation of academic excellence and rigor combined with a warm, inclusive environment in which all our students feel welcome, respected and valued. Individual successes are celebrated while we remember that we are indeed a family.
All students are given abundant opportunities to grow and achieve their full potential. Small classroom size allows a better teacher student interaction to establish a conducive learning environment. We are committed to providing academic excellence in an environment that is rigorous and encouraging. Sciences and mathematics are taught in English under the Dual Language Program since 2016. This will provide students with fluency and ease of using the language in pursuit of tertiary education. Our students are provided with exciting and engaging learning experiences both inside and outside the classrooms.
