If I can rate no star, I would do it. After 6 years of establishment and more than half of the students leaving which left less than 100kids, only they decide to beautify their surroundings. But I think it's too late. Hiring crappy teachers and retired teachers to run the school. Asian mentality school. It's not worth the money if you are sending your kids there.

This school is getting in more local teachers and turn it to national school instead of international school...principal is from a national school with an asian mentality...so you judge yourself...more good teachers are leaving this school and in replacement more local teachers with no experience and retired teachers taking over...the standard of international is no more if this keep going on....worst school ever

Worst school ever old teacher cannot even acces due to egoistic assistant teacher, SO CHILDISH, trying to make better reputation by taking down bad reviews in Facebook page. Teachers teach for half an hour and let's students play with their phone for another half, so if you want value for your children or better care for your kids Don't come to this school thank you ????????

The principal is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, UK. The British teaching model can take into account the learning needs of all students. The teachers are experts in the subjects they teach and are very friendly to students. Green campus. There are various extracurricular activities, there are robot clubs that cater to Industry 4.0, and traditional game clubs.

One of the best school my daughter ever attended. My daughter attended the school in 2016-2017, prior that we were in Norway. I tried few schools before NIS, and we hated them or the fee is too outrageous. Until she started at NIS, I never see her as happy with her school like she was in Norway. The teachers are very attentive, they discover her talent for music before I myself realise that. The syllabus was personally tailored for her as she was a bit advanced from her classmates. The food in canteen was really good. When I visited her, I purposely came to canteen to eat nasi lemak. Students are so nice and polite there. You feel like you found a home, until we have to move twice again to different "high rating school," and our experience after that very abysmal. Thinking of moving back to Nilai so my daughter can go to her favourite school again. ????

I would vouch for some of the comments regarding NIS. I'm currently staying with my brother who are sending his child to NIS. From my observation, my nephew has made very good progress at this school and I believe he will be to the best of his potential. Very happy with his progress so far. I can say that I am a proud uncle of NIS:)

My son has been going to NIS since he was in year 1. His Year 1 teacher was warm and kind. Perfect for new little students! She was instrumental in solidifying his foundation and love for reading. Each year, he was blessed with different teachers; both local and international, who contributed immensely to his learning in different ways. NIS has had their share of changes throughout the years, however, the quality of education has been a constant. My son had a perfect score for his Year 6 checkpoint examination! A testament to the quality of education at NIS! What stands out for me is their tangible caring and nurturing culture. Personally, this is the ideal environment for a child to learn and grow- to let their light shine ???? My son is now in Year 8. He is doing very well and... he loves his school! That’s the icing on the cake!

I enrolled my daughter in NIS since 2015. I have to admit there were some changes in the past, but children's learning was not dettered & progressed very well. The staff are lovely, and they have rendered extraordinary assistance whenever we are/ were in need. Also, my husband and I have high regards on Principal Mr Dormer and his staff for the relentless support, dedication, determination & resilience over the years amid the current trying time re. COVID-19. As for the surrounding, friendly and caring environment have also encouraged students' learning and development! May NIS's light shine brightly as always, in the years to come!

Highly recommended! I couldn't have asked for a better education. Filled with passionate, driven and creative teachers that makes learning fun, impactful and applicable. The school has grown over the last few years into a remarkable education institution. As a student there myself during my secondary education, it helped me excel academically, socially and also in extra-curriculum activities such as music, technology, science and the arts. I graduated with 8A* in my IGCSE under the guidance of truly caring and brilliant teachers from both Malaysia and countries from all across the world.

The school has improved tremendously, many programs available for the kids, small number of student per class helps a lot in the kids attention to the subjects. Cambridge syllabus is very stable and still the well established. School infrastructure is well managed and maintained. Lots of new activities like the stingless bee garden, swimming classes and others. I can see strong support given for Covid matters. ....by the way, school provide transport for Friday prayers which I do not see other schools do????

In fact, I was worried when I first enrolled my 3 kids. But with the careful leadership and dedication of the newly appointed British principal three years ago, it is very well managed and operated with the kind staffs and good teachers. If you're looking for a boarding international school that can pay attention to each student and is well managed in a family-like atmosphere, it is this school.
