Overview
In January 2015, UOW Malaysia KDU University College moved to its new flagship campus at Utropolis Glenmarie, with its state-of-the-art facilities and a contemporary teaching and learning environment. UOW Malaysia KDU University College offers a wide range of programs at Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Masters levels, and has introduced home-grown degree programs that are at the forefront of growing industries, reflecting its promise of being a real-world university meeting real-world needs. These include hospitality, tourism and culinary arts, game development and computing, communications and creative arts, business, as well as engineering.
UOW Malaysia KDU University College is a GBI (Green Building Index) certified-rated campus with 16.3% green footprint (local authority requirement is 10%). The tobacco smoke-free campus has naturally-ventilated courtyards and corridors, and is fitted with energy-efficient centralised chilled water air-conditioning system, Advanced Building Management System with scheduling capabilities, energy-efficient light fittings, demand-controlled ventilation, rain-water harvesting system, amongst many others.

General Facilities:
- Cafeteria – A melting pot of food and life, students from all walks of life and schools gather here for their daily feast.
- Computer Lab – A number of computers all at the ready for our students’ access, connected to the free high speed WIFI service available on campus.
- Student Lounge – A student hotspot equipped with comfortable furniture for students to ease their minds.
- Library – The Utropolis Glenmarie library is spread out over 50,000 square feet, fitted with a coffee bar, Zen garden reading lounge, quiet study and learning pods.
- Learning Pod- Students can have the space they need in order to focus on studies at hand at the private Learning Pod.
- Atrium – Wide open space often bathed with natural sunlight themed gardens and discussion cubes
- Lecture Halls and art classrooms – 9 fully equipped lecture halls, 60 state of the art classrooms
- Teaching facilities are extensive whereby there will be 13 teaching kitchens as well as two recording kitchens, one fully-equipped sound recording studio, photography studios, an industry-relevant television studio, three dedicated Alienware-equipped Games Development Studios, a fine dining restaurant, variable restaurant and coffee laboratory each, as well as a multipurpose hall equipped with stage, lighting, backdrop and sound system.

The UOW Malaysia KDU University College, Utropolis, Glenmarie provides on-campus Student Accommodation at its 10-acre campus. Located next to the academic block, is the Student Accommodation Block covering 7-levels, divided into male and female wings. Services such as an on campus convenience store and internet service is available. The campus is part of Utropolis, a university metropolis in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The Utropolis project consists of a retail centre, residential suites and the UOW Malaysia KDU University College.
There are several types of other accommodations such as student house, hostel (KDU Teratai Court) located in Kota Damansara and condominium units (Sterling Condominium located in Kelana Jaya and Pelangi Utama located in Damansara Utama). However, as the condominium units are limited in number, they are subject to availability. All rooms are fully furnished with the standard furnitures and there are single.
This 7-story block can accommodate up to 612 students and students studying the various disciplines will be able to interact with one another. The larger student community offers the benefits of:

- Shuttle Buses: Shuttle buses and vans are available.
- Public Transport: Subang Jaya KTM station and Kelana Jaya LRT stations are pick-up points for the shuttle buses. Taxis are available as well.
- Parking: There is an open-air car park for students.
