Originally established as the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) in 1993 and Asia Pacific University College of Technology & Innovation (UCTI) in 2004, APU’s sound approach to nurturing school leavers into qualified professionals has resulted in our graduates being highly sought after by employers. • APU On-Campus Accommodation

The APU on-campus accommodations are now operational at the APU New Campus premises. You will have access to APU’s campus facilities such as Lifestyle @ Modesto’s, laundrette, convenience store and a 24-hour security coverage within the campus. Students staying in the on-campus accommodation will have options to single rooms, twin-sharing or shared apartment and have access to the common pantry at each floor. 

• APU Off-Campus Accommodation

APU provides fully-managed accommodation at a number of apartment buildings close to the campus, including Academia, Vista Komanwel, Fortune Park, Endah Promenade and Covillea Condominiums. You will have access to condominium facilities such as cafeteria, swimming pool, laundrette, convenience stores and a 24-hour security coverage. Students staying in the apartments where they occupy rooms on single, twin or triple sharing basis and have access to kitchen facilities and common area. Each apartment has 3 to 6 bedrooms with a living room.

• APU Satellite Accommodation within Technology Park Malaysia (TPM)

Satellite accommodation is within Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) and next to the APU Campus. It has triple and twin sharing rooms with and without Air-Conditioning. Each floor has shared common bathrooms, equipped with water heaters. A Common Pantry is available at each floor and is equipped with stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. There is also a shared Study Area with WIFI (Wireless Broadband Internet) in the Study Lounge. The rental is inclusive of utilities – water & electricity. Air Conditioners can only be operated from 9 pm to 8 am. Self Service Laundry Facilities are available on ‘Pay as you use’ basis

Transportation:
Free shuttle service between the University and Student Accommodations is provided FREE for students who stay at the University-managed accommodations. Students will have to show their travel pass to the bus driver to be eligible to board the shuttle. This is part of the accommodation package provided to students at APU’s accommodation. Those who are not staying at APU’s accommodation could still use this service if you purchase the monthly travel pass from the cashier.

Free shuttle service is provided to/from Bukit Jalil LRT Station for all APU/APIIT students. Students staying around the LRT station can take this shuttle for free.

Student Parking:
Parking is available for students, with the following rates:

APU Covered Parking area (known as Parking Zone A) – Daily Parking Rate of RM5.30 per day

Hourly Rates @ Open Space Parking – Zone B

1st Hour or part thereof: RM 1.59
Every subsequent hour or part thereof: RM1.06
Maximum rate per day: RM4.77
