1. Redemption Period: 3 months from date of purchase
2. Valid For: All customers
3. Valid Redemption Days & Time: During Centre opening hours
4. Redemption Availability: Reservation Required & Subject to Availability
5. Reservation Procedure: Call +603-6261 5550 (Kuala Lumpur) or +606-601 2839 (Seremban) to make reservation. Present Edu Reviews Order voucher to redeem purchase at the centre at reserved time.

ER Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel an Order at any time within 7 days of the Order Transaction Date or a minimum of three days before the Order Fulfilment Date mutually agreed between the Member and Vendor, whichever date is earliest. Failing which, no refund is due to the Member except for when the Vendor cancels the order for any reason.
