Course Description
The Bachelor of Human Resource prepares students to manage the development of human capital in organizations.
It includes instruction in personnel and organization policy, human resource dynamics and flows, labor relations, civil rights, human resources law and regulations, motivation and compensation systems, recruitment and selection, and managing employee and job training programs.

Entry Requirement
- Passed STPM with minimum grade of C+ (Point: 2.00) in two subjects and credit in Mathematics during SPM, OR
- Passed STAM with Jayyid and credit Mathematics and english during SPM, OR
- Relevant diploma or advance diploma with minimum CGPA 2.00, OR
- Foundation Programme / matriculation with minimum CGPA 2.00, OR
- Passed United Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum B in 5 subjects including Mathematics and English.
